Carl Howells
Carl has over 20 years’ experience as an operator holding senior positions with David Lloyd Health Clubs, Hollywood Bowl and the Rank Organisation. Carl also operated his own restaurant and bar business in Colchester for several years.
For the past 7 years he has worked in supply chain and culinary development, helping to lead Sodexo’s procurement arm Entegra, and more recently sitting as Commercial Director of Foodbuy, the Compass Groups supply chain division. Carl has focused on the hospitality sector for the past 7 years, working with international groups to luxury iconic brands. Carl has vast experience in both the UK and Europe and has also been involved in many M&A initiatives, working closely with several Private Equity houses. Carl is MBA graduate with a focus on corporate finance.
When Carl is not at work, he’s a keen tennis player, enjoys travelling, reading and discovering new restaurants.

Gordan Turner
Gordon began his career as a Chef specialising in the patisserie side of the business however, he soon found a liking for sales rather than cooking and has built an impressive career over the past 20 years having worked for PSL, Enhance and more recently Foodbuy as Head of Sales in the UK and Ireland. During his 20 years Gordon has worked with pretty much every major hotel brand and Iconic five-star properties in the UK and enjoys helping clients deliver more profit and enhance their guest experience.
When Gordon is not at work you can usually find him blowing his whistle on the rugby pitch most weekends, in his second role as a professional Rugby league referee.

Eddie Keelan
Eddie is a Procurement & Supply chain professional with a proven track record of achievement across Hotels, Hospitality, FMCG, Logistics, and Energy, over a period of 20 years.
He is an expert at bringing Procurement to life for stakeholders and showing them how Procurement can positively impact them. He has successfully built new teams and driven new approaches to Procurement in existing organisations delivering change and significant value.
Eddie’s career has seen him work with the likes of The Doyle Hotel collection, Michel & Taylor, the Shiva Collection and he was also a member of the Energy Advisory board, where he provided input around energy concerns, challenges and cost saving tactics, with tax breaks and rewards for meeting carbon reduction targets across the hospitality sector.
Eddie holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Procurement (IIPMM) from University College Dublin.

Non-Executive Chair
This person is an industry heavyweight bringing a wealth of experience to the board. They also have a wide range of contacts from both the operational world and the supply chain. Their presence will help the business continue to grow rapidly whilst providing the best possible experience and outcome for our clients.
